The next time you're in the library to grab a novel, check out the other offering in the Teen Area (YA section). There is a lot more than novels available to you.

Did you know that inbetween the YA Fiction (novels) and the Graphic novels there are 3 different groups of materials for you? That's right--there are Audiobooks, DVDs, and Non-Fiction books! Laslty, there is an entire shelf dedicated to magazines just for you opposite the novels. The best part---you can borrow these materials just like a book. Cool!

So the next time you run in to get your next novel, stop and look around. You might be surprised by what you find.

Sit back and listen to a good story

Do you ever feel like just stretching out on your bed, staring up at the ceiling, and listening to a good book? Wait a second - did I just write listening to a good book? How do you listen to a book?

Did you know that we have plenty of Audiobooks that you can borrow? We have a great selection of audiobooks in the library that you are welcome to borrow. Check out our catalogue to see if your favourite audiobook is in.

Lastly, you can borrow audiobooks electronically from the library through our Library To Go.

Wait - what?! That's a book too!

Did you know that author Sara Shepard is the brains behind two of your favourite shows? Many of you already knew that the hit television show Pretty Little Liars is based on a series of books by Shepard. Did you know that the television program The Lying Game is also based on a Shepard series?

That's right, there is another great series from Shepard that were awesome enough to be made into television series. Luckily for you, the Terrace Public Library has the first two books in the series. Click on the books to see if they're in and if not - don't forget to put a hold on them!
