The Terrace Public Library, located near the Skeena River, is on the traditional territory of the Tsimshian People. The Tsimshian people of British Columbia encompass fifteen tribes, and we would like to acknowledge the people of Kitselas to the east, and Kitsumkalum to the west, both tribes of the Tsimshian Nation.

We dedicate ourselves to moving forward in the spirit of partnership and reconciliation.
